From 1972 to 1985, I worked at Sotheby Parke
Bernet (Canada) Ltd. developing Canadian Art at auction. In 1985,
I moved to Joyner Fine Art Inc. as Executive Vice President, specializing
in selling Canadian Art at auction. In 1997, I opened my own company,
Andrews Fine Art & Gems, continuing to specialize in many services
relating to Canadian Art & Jewellery. I am a member of the F.C.Gm.A
(Fellow of the Canadian Gemmological Association) and the CAPPA
(Canadian Association of Personal Property Appraisers).
I am now offering services to collectors such as buying on their
behalf privately and at auction; selling their fine art through
the most beneficial means; preparing appraisals for insurance,
probate, family division and other purposes; cleaning and restoration;
framing. Since 1997 I have been holding auctions in Toronto of
Canadian Art, Jewellery and European Art each November.
